ProAdvisors searches for business sales or acquisitions can be local, regional or nationwide. We utilize a “team” approach that includes market research that identifies likely targets, mailing and phone direct contacts, with personal broker involvement from start to successful conclusion. We aim at the decision makers of the targets with a short, “blind” profile of our client, and make follow up calls to each target. With those who respond, we personally pre-qualify each according to our client’s direction, and set appointments with the preliminary qualifiers. Then, we confer with them and gather information to build executive summaries for the client. LOIs and NDAs are drafted for qualifying targets in order to enable client assessment of key details, the quality of which are used to decide on finalists for negotiations.

Evaluating prospective targets

Making initial contact with the candidates most desirable to the Client

Structuring and negotiating the details of the transactions following the direction and limits set by the Client, including the evaluation and recommendation of proposals and counter proposals;

Supervising due diligence work, including coordinating the work of the Client’s legal, accounting and technical advisors;

Rendering advice or assistance regarding any of the following activities:

the acquisition and/or merger of or with other companies, and divestiture or any other similar transaction.
